Do my customers need the app?

No. Only you, the seller, use Baqilak. Your customers just receive your WhatsApp messages as usual.

Does Baqilak collect payments?

No. Baqilak tracks the payments you record. Money still goes directly from your customer to you, the way it does today.

Does it work with WhatsApp?

Yes. Tap a reminder and Baqilak opens WhatsApp with a prepared message for that customer. You review it and press send yourself.

Is it available in Arabic?

Yes. Baqilak works in Arabic and English, with amounts and phone numbers kept easy to read.
